Listcraft ("we", "us", "our") is an AI-powered marketplace listing generator. We help sellers create optimised product listings for platforms including Etsy, Vinted, Tradera, Depop, and eBay. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our service at listcraft.co.
2. What data we collect
We collect the following information: • Account information: When you sign up via Google, we receive your name and email address from Google through our authentication provider (Clerk). • Usage data: We store your credit balance and generation history (the listings you generate) linked to your user account. • Payment information: When you purchase credits, your payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details — Stripe handles all payment data securely. • Images you upload: Product photos you upload are sent directly to Anthropic's API for analysis and are not stored on our servers after processing. • Technical data: Standard server logs including IP addresses and browser information, used for security and debugging purposes.
3. How we use your data
We use your data to: • Provide and operate the Listcraft service • Manage your credit balance and process purchases • Save your generation history so you can access past listings • Communicate with you about your account if needed • Improve the service through anonymised usage analysis • Comply with legal obligations
4. Third-party services
We work with the following trusted third parties who may process your data: • Clerk (clerk.com) — Authentication and user management • Supabase (supabase.com) — Database storing your credits and listing history • Anthropic (anthropic.com) — AI analysis of your product photos to generate listings. Images are processed in real time and not retained. • Stripe (stripe.com) — Payment processing for credit purchases • Vercel (vercel.com) — Hosting and infrastructure Each provider maintains their own privacy policy and security standards.
5. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for: • Authentication (session management via Clerk) • Payment processing (Stripe) • Remembering your preferences (app language, stored locally in your browser) By using Listcraft, you consent to the use of these cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies, though this will sign you out of the service.
6. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Your generation history is kept for up to 12 months. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data from our systems within 30 days, except where required by law (e.g. financial records related to payments).
7. Your rights (GDPR)

8. Data security
We take security seriously. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Database access is restricted and protected. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure. We do not sell or share your personal data with any third parties beyond those listed in section 4.

Listcraft is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Listcraft after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
