1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Listcraft ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including those who create accounts and purchase credits.
2. Description of service
Listcraft is an AI-powered tool that generates marketplace listings (titles, descriptions, and tags) for platforms including Etsy, Vinted, Tradera, Depop, and eBay. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyse product images and seller notes to produce listing copy.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Listcraft. You sign in via Google through our authentication provider (Clerk). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must not share your account with others.
4. Credits and payments
Listcraft operates on a credit system. New users receive 5 free credits upon registration. Additional credits can be purchased through our payment provider (Stripe) in the packs shown on the pricing page. • Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by applicable law. • Credits do not expire while your account is active. • Credit prices are shown in USD and may be subject to local taxes. • We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use Listcraft only for lawful purposes. You must not: • Use the Service to create listings for counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited products • Upload images that you do not have the right to use • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or scrape the Service • Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service • Attempt to circumvent the credit system or access the Service without payment • Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
6. AI-generated content
The listings generated by Listcraft are produced by artificial intelligence and are provided as a starting point. You are responsible for: • Reviewing and editing all generated content before publishing • Ensuring listings accurately describe your products • Complying with the rules and policies of the marketplace where you publish listings • Any consequences arising from using AI-generated content on third-party platforms Listcraft does not guarantee that generated listings will achieve specific search rankings or sales outcomes.
7. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the images you upload. By uploading images, you grant Listcraft a limited licence to process them through our AI provider (Anthropic) solely to generate your listing. Images are not stored after processing. The listings generated for you are yours to use. Listcraft retains rights to the underlying software, models, and technology.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep Listcraft available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may: • Perform maintenance that causes temporary downtime • Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice • Update these terms — we will notify you by updating the date above Your continued use of the Service after changes to these terms constitutes acceptance.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Listcraft and its operators shall not be liable for: • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities • Errors in AI-generated listings • Actions taken by third-party marketplaces in response to your listings Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 30 days preceding the claim.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts. If you are a consumer based in the EU, you may also have rights under the law of your country of residence.
